Director, Digital Solutions

Description

We are seeking an experienced interactive marketing manager to drive innovative and highly effective digital marketing strategies for our travel and destination marketing clients. Excellent client management, strategic thinking and executive communication skills are required.
 
The ideal candidate is a senior-level digital marketer with specific experience in digital media planning and sales. Thought leadership, account management, and organizational skills are critical. This position will report to the Vice President of Consumer Marketing and will be responsible for the growth and profitability of the Digital division. Other areas of responsibility to include but not limited to:
·      Coordinate and direct account services strategies for digital product
·      Develop new and innovative digital products for current and future client base
·      Market digital products through various initiatives, including speaking events
·      Coordinate the various departments of our agency and client team members on all aspects of simultaneous projects
·      Work with the Operations Manager to estimate future resource needs and plan for short-term unknowns
·      Supervise creative, media, social media and technical development for interactive projects

·      Responsible for overall product production and deliverable as well as client satisfaction
·      Lead and develop sound strategic recommendations based on clear understanding of clients’ business
·      Provide sales support as digital expert in consultative sales
·      Support agency’s new business activity as needed
·      Oversee management of all outsourced resources
·      Other duties as necessary

 
Qualifiers:
·      4 year college degree or better required
·      Travel 30+%
